Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To respect the time of our artists and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

A credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, you can easily do so through the link in your email confirmation.

No-shows—meaning no call, text, or email by the time of your appointment—will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Late Policy

We want every client to receive the full attention and care they deserve. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes, we may need to adjust, shorten, or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next guest’s experience.

If we are unable to accommodate your service due to a late arrival, it will be considered a late cancellation, and possible charge.

Refund Policy

At Bianca Kelly Salon we pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made within 48hrs of your original service date, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
