Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that things come up and plans need to shift. To keep our schedule flowing smoothly for all guests and artists, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows—meaning no call, text, or email before your appointment time—will be charged 100% of the service.

If you need to adjust your visit, you can easily make changes through the link in your email confirmation.

Late Policy

We want every guest to enjoy the full experience and attention they deserve. If you’re running behind, please reach out and let us know as soon as you can.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After that window, we may need to adjust, shorten, or reschedule your service in order to honor the next guest’s time.

If we’re unable to accommodate your service due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.

Refund Policy

At Bianca Kelly Salon, we take pride in delivering exceptional work and creating results you’ll love. While we strive for perfection every time, we understand that occasionally things may not turn out exactly as expected.

If you feel an adjustment is needed, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your service. We’re happy to make complimentary adjustments within this timeframe and will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Please note that all services and product purchases are final sale, and while adjustments can be made within 48 hours, refunds are not offered.
